The cost of a website and what it includes depends on the client’s wants and needs.

We offer a sliding scale pricing system so that we can tailor our service to suit your particular needs. We can go simple & functional to extravagant & ‘fancy pants’ catering to budgets of all sizes! We can give your website a whole heap of functionality from eCommerce, to event booking and diary display. We have also created ‘off the peg’ specialised design packages because we are efficient like that!

You can grab your shiny new website, and venture out into the world and we will show you how to make changes, or you can choose to take up our monthly maintenance plan to ensure peace of mind, regular updates & back-ups and have someone do the changes for you.

Our super duper packages are shown below, however, we live in a world where colouring outside the lines is cool and understand that not everyone fits neatly into a pretty box, so contact us if you would like something a little more magical. Wand not included!

ENTHUSIASM

WHAT IS THE TIMESCALE FOR MY WEBSITE OR PROJECT?

We will discuss and agree upon a timescale for your website or project. The biggest delay is ALWAYS client’s delay in producing assets requested on time.

You’ll give us the stuff we need…we tell you when we can complete the project. Simple.

There is plenty of opportunity to review the work as we go along. If you delay with any proof reading or sending over any of the stuff we need, then your project may get dropped down the list of workload and we will crack on with some efficient clients.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Once you receive our quote and would like to proceed, we need an initial 50% deposit. If you have any extra bespoke requests then they will also need to be paid upfront. We won’t begin work on your project until that first deposit has been received and the contract has been signed.

The final payment will be requested once we are all happy with the new website or project and it is ready to go live. You pay us, we switch on your website when we have received the money.

We issue invoices electronically and they will have all of our payment details on. Payments can be made via BACS or Cash.

WHO WILL MAINTAIN MY WEBSITE?

You can, or we can! We can show you how to make updates to your site when your site goes live. If you don’t take up the maintenance package you will be responsible for your site completely. If you need assistance after we hand your website over to you, you will be billed at an hourly rate.

Alternatively, we offer maintenance packages to all of our clients. This is a monthly ongoing service where we basically, do a bit of caretaking on your site. This includes things like security updates and website and database backups just in case you tamper with your site and delete everything like a crazy person! We will make minor changes for you such as an out of date graphic or price needs changing or you need some calendar dates amending. Any larger changes will be priced per hour or project and are not included in the maintenance monthly package.

Rather than paying monthly, you can pay annually at a discounted rate.

You don’t need to buy a maintenance package.
